RJ Grant joined KBW in 2005 and is responsible for managing Equity Trading operations. He has spent 14 years on KBW’s equity trading desk, most recently as Managing Director & Head of Market Making. Under his leadership, KBW has emerged as a leading market maker in Nasdaq-listed financial stocks and ranks among the ten largest traders of U.S. regional bank stocks.
RJ began his career as an equity trading associate at Ryan Beck & Co. He graduated from Bucknell University in 2003 with a BS in Business Administration.
