Billy Spute serves as a Director in KBW’s FinTech & financial services investment banking group. He joined KBW’s New York City office in 2010 and is now based in Austin, Texas. Billy’s professional experience and industry expertise is focused in M&A, public & private capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments for financial institutions nationwide. Billy has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining KBW, he was a Trust Administrator at Capital City Bank in Florida. He received his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Finance degrees from Florida State University.
