Igor Borodulin joined KBW in 2013 and is primarily responsible for strategic advisory assignments for depository institutions, including M&A and capital markets transactions. He transferred to KBW following Stifel’s acquisition of KBW, having previously worked in Stifel’s financial institutions group since 2011. He received an undergraduate degree in Economics from Dartmouth College.
