Jason White joined KBW in 2021 and covers Mortgagetech and Proptech companies within Fintech and Financial Services. Previously, he spent 6 years at Berkery, Noyes & Co., LLC, covering the same sectors. Over the course of his career, Jason has worked on over $17BN in completed transactions, including M&A, public offerings (including SPACs), restructurings and private placements. Jason began his career in Investment Banking at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. and is a winner of The M&A Advisor’s “Emerging Leader” (formerly “40 Under 40”) Awards. Jason received a BBA from The George Washington University with a major in Finance.
