Jordan Banov joined KBW in 2004 and is responsible for strategic advisory, mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and capital markets transactions for financial institutions.
In his career with KBW, he has advised on more than 75 M&A and capital transactions with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $45.0 billion. Jordan graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a B.S. in Finance and International Business.
