Matthew Dinneen joined KBW in 2011 and is responsible for strategic advisory, mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and capital markets transactions for financial institutions in the Depository Investment Banking Group, where he has worked since 2015. Previously, he worked in KBW’s Equity Research group with a focus on Equity Strategy, bank regulatory matters, and coverage of universal bank stocks. Matt began his career at an asset management firm in Delaware. He received a BS in Economics and Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation as well.
