Pat McJoynt joined KBW in 1990 and covers community banks, including mutual institutions and credit unions. She advises clients on M&A and capital raises, including mutual to stock conversions, follow-on offerings, subordinated debt, preferred stock and other financial instruments. Pat also works with clients on general strategic matters. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, where she regulated all the failing (insolvent) thrifts in the 12 th District. She received an MBA from The Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University and a BA from The University of Washington.
