Mr. Sack joined KBW in 2012 as a senior calling officer in Equity Capital Markets, responsible for structuring and executing public and private capital transactions for the firm's insurance and diversified finance clients. Mr. Sack joined KBW from Macquarie Capital, where he had a similar role in their Equity Capital Markets Group. Prior to Macquarie, Mr. Sack spent five years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Equity Capital Markets Group, focused on working with clients in the financial institutions industry. Mr. Sack joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2005 from Lehman Brothers, where he had spent six years split between their Equity Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Investment Banking Groups, where he structured and executed public and private capital raises and M&A transactions.
Mr. Sack graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance, and from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics.
Mrs. Schultz joined KBW in 2013 as part of the merger between Stifel and KBW. At Stifel, she was responsible for financial institutions capital markets including coordinating the structuring, distribution, and pricing of all public and private capital for domestic depositories. Prior to Stifel's acquisition of Ryan Beck in 2007, Mrs. Schultz was an EVP & Director of Equity & Fixed Income Capital Markets there. Mrs. Schultz joined Ryan Beck in 1998 as the Syndicate Manager, and in 1999 she joined the Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining Ryan Beck, she worked as a consultant and manager for Clovebrook Capital. Mrs. Schultz started her career at Drexel Burnham Lambert where she worked on both the Corporate and Municipal new issue desks.
Mrs. Schultz graduated with a B.S. from Simmons College. She is a panelist for the SIA Diversity Committee, a former board member of NJ Seeds, and a long-time volunteer with Far Brook School in Short Hills, New Jersey.
