Mr. McCaffery joined KBW in 2002. In his current role, Mr. McCaffery manages the U.S. Equity Sales group and also serves on the firm's Executive Committee. He is responsible for recommending financial sector equity investments for mutual fund and hedge fund portfolio managers. Prior to joining KBW, Mr. McCaffery worked as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs in the FICC division.
Mr. McCaffery is a graduate of The Wharton School (BS) and College of Arts and Sciences (BA) at The University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Wolfe is jointly responsible for managing the U.S. Equity Sales and Corporate and Private Client Services operations at KBW. He joined the firm's Institutional Equity Sales group in 2002 from UBS Warburg, where he was a financial services specialist in the sales department covering mutual fund and hedge fund clients. Prior to that, Mr. Wolfe researched banks in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions for KBW. He also worked as a corporate finance associate at Charles Webb and Co., which was acquired by KBW in July 1996.
Mr. Wolfe is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Mr. Grant joined KBW in 2005 and is responsible for managing Equity Trading operations. He has spent 12 years on KBW’s equity trading desk, most recently as Managing Director & Head of Market Making. Under his leadership, KBW has emerged as a leading market maker in Nasdaq-listed financial stocks and ranks among the ten largest traders of U.S. regional bank stocks. Mr. Grant began his career as an equity trading associate at Ryan Beck & Co.
Mr. Grant graduated from Bucknell University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Erickson (Erick) Davis has rejoined KBW as Managing Director and Head of European Equities, based in KBW's London office. Mr. Davis comes to KBW from Autonomous Research, an independent research firm specializing in the financial services sector and fintech, which was sold to Alliance Bernstein earlier this year. He joined Autonomous Research as a Partner in 2012 and served in various capacities in senior management before his appointment as CEO in 2017. During his tenure, he managed global heads of research, sales, and trading across European, U.S., and Asian businesses. He led the firm's push into fintech and successfully managed the implementation of its MiFID II strategy. Mr. Davis began his career at KBW, where he served as Senior Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales.
Mr. Jaffe joined KBW in 2004 and is based in the firm's New York headquarters. He is responsible for running the firm's large- and mid-cap repurchase efforts, as well as At-the-market offerings. Mr. Jaffe has over 20 years of industry experience, previously holding the position of VP of Equity Trading at JP Morgan and, prior to that, working in Private Client Services at Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Jaffe holds an MBA from Cornell's Johnson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Berkeley.
Richard Wynne-Griffith is responsible for managing the European Equities business at KBW London. He jointly founded the firm's European Institutional Equity business in 2004 after having been Head of Equity Sales at Fox Pitt Kelton. Prior to that, Mr. Wynne-Griffith worked for BZW and Conning & Co as an institutional equity salesman specializing in financial stocks. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1984 with Morris & Co, Chester, and attended Exeter University where he studied Mathematics.
